Rear view mirror light bulbs

Does anyone know how to change the bulbs in the rear view mirror? Or what kind of bulb it uses. I'm assuming mercedes uses the same mirror for most of the cars but Mine is a w220.

I think it's 33195 bulb the small 1.2w - 3w bulb
