Wiper Problem -- Opinions Please
Hi All:
My C43 just developed a strange problem. When I turn on the winshield wiper it seems to stick/hesitate at top of its extension (center of winshield) then it continues its stroke slowly, comes back and does it again. In hard rains after a few minutes the wiper seems to work normally. What could this be? Dried out wiper blade (mine is one year old)? Broken wiper motor? Lack of oil? Any help would be appreciated.
