500SEL Memory Seats

Our 1984 W126 500SEL Has memory seats. Dont know how to operate them anyway, but the back
switch on yhe pass. side recline works only when pushed in towards the door panel (hard)
The drivers seat worked perfect and then quit
on me(Ive checked the fuses) HELP!
