Engine won't turn off - W202 1996

I finally think I found the problem.

A black/red wire going to the leg 30A on the OVP had created so much heat, the insultation was melted into the other wires.

If I disconnected that wire from the OVP relay, the car seems to behave like it should.

Do you know where that wire is going to in the other end?
