Quick question on what could be wrong with my c320 (Oil)

Hello, I have a 2002 w203/c320. The low oil light was on so I put a quart in. After 30 minutes of driving, the low oil light comes on again so I park it in the driveway. After 1 day, I don’t see any oil leaks on the ground. I then wait a day, then start the car and lift the hood. There is smoke coming from the engine bay near (I believe the head gaskets) on the left side (Passenger side) of the car. I couldn’t tell what color the smoke was and the exhaust smoke looked normal.

My parents think it’s the head gaskets. I also apologize for not having more info, I’m learning and this is my first car. I’m also saving up for a mechanic in the mean time.

Any suggestions for what it could be is appreciated! ThanksTweakbox Appvalley https://vlc.onl
