Question 560SEL - Replacing Heater Core Hoses

The coolant hoses behind the false firewall of my '91 560SEL are showing their age, so swapping-in fresh rubber for these now 32-year old original parts would seem to be a prudent plan. Is it possible to do this job completely from the engine side? (i.e., WITHOUT requiring a rear approach via removal of the dash...)

Specifically, I'm wondering about accessing the clamps for the two hoses that run from the heater core to the monovalve assembly and which pass through the main firewall and into the section behind the false firewall--part #126-832-02-94 (Left) and 126-832-03-94 (Right).
