94' E-320 oil filter location???

Where's that dang oil filter in this here machine??
Bought oil & filter over trhe weekend and before I pull the plastic shield would like to know where the filter housing can is. I've seen them oil change professionals underthere changing it in the past (at least that what I hope they we doing) but never witnessed the location. Second question: What's the total oil capacity including the filter?
