I have fighting with this off and on for two months now. When the car is in gear with the brake on there is a slight tick sometimes almost goes away. when out of gear and the rpms go up it gets a little louder. If I rev it to 2 or 3 thousand rpm it is very loud almost sound like my neighbors ram deisel.
I have replaced the lifters and changed cam too. I have tried to narrowed it down with a stethascope, but can't find it.

Sometimes when I rev it up, it almost sounds like something it rattling or banging around. Any input on this would be helpful.
