91 300E front end/steering shake at +85mph

Replace your steering damper...it's essentiallly a maintenance item every 60-100k. Ball joints are likely getting loose, as are the tie-rods (both my bro-in-law and I did all this work on our cars between 110-125k...we both have '88 300TEs, mine w/ 145k, his w/ 245k).
