My local dealer says the firm shifts are normal. I have read many in this forum who commented on how smooth their gear changes are, so I am curious.

I have changed my transmission fluid and filter some months ago and the mechanic at the time said that there are no adjustments that can be made to smooth out the changes. I'm sure that's not right, hence I'd like to hear from the tech out here as I trust them more!
