Previous owner installed aftermarket white-faced gauge inserts (mfr unknown). The following are not functioning: Odometer, Tripmeter, Clock. What is the "drive mechanism" for the Odo/Trip meters? Would it most likely be a problem at the gauge-end or opposite-end? Where is that "opposite-end"? How 'bout the clock? What might I check myself prior to resigning on taking it into the shop?
Sorry for all the questions, and thanks in advance for advice. Brian |

On the clock, there is a power lead that is connected to the rear and a fuse. The drive cable from the tranny drives the ODO. If the speedo works, but not the ODO, you need the speedo reworked.
