If the pump for the rear washer is pumping, then, where is the fluid going?? Best bet is a leaking or cracked line somewhere between the pump and the nozzle. If the pump is making noise, but not moving any liquid, then it's the pump, (broken impeller). If you can remove the line from the pump w/o destroying anything then blow through it and have someone listen at the nozzle to see if the circuit is complete. I'm not sure how that line is routed to the rear of the car, but if you can blow air through it and there is nothing heard at the nozzle, then it's a sure bet the line is broken somewhere in between.
