I deleted my post to save some bandwidth with that big picture. You don't have an oddball car, the 300SE did indeed change from the 126 body to 140 from '91 to '92.

I learned this while browsing Ebay motors and in fact saw a couple of '91 SE's for sale, which answered my question that I had posed.
