Metal scraping noise when getting out of car

Hi everybody,

Often when I have the e-brake set and get out of the car, i.e. my weight of 190 lbs comes off, there is a scraping noise from the driverside rear wheel as the car rises a bit. I assume it is the parking brake shoe that "slips" and make that noise.

From a search I learnt that I have to remove the hex-bolt (7 o'clock in Picture) and then loosen the parking brake shoes through a bolt hole to take the rotor off. Do I need to unhook a cable?

Has anybody experienced this kind of noise and found a solution to it ?

Thanks in advance.
