240d valve adjustment

I got it with the oil cooler already bypassed and now was wondering what effect this has and was it the oil doing without that path available to it. Thanks.

The little bit of blow by you see is normal. Just monitor the oil consumption, if it is less than a quart every 1,500, you are fine.
