Well the good news is ... after doing a search in this fantastic forum (sorry I did not search enough first!)... I have found that someone pointed to the fuse. There is a fuse specific for these (2) windows. I also noticed the Auxilary fan fuse blown while I was in the fuse box. Damn fuse box lid DID NOT want to come off all the way either. Don't like the fuses used either.
They leave behind metal pieces if you are not careful when you remove the old blown fuses. But I would like to know if there is a "manual" override for the power windows in case I am out and cannot get a fuse or the electric motor/switches goes out. Is there a manual override?? Thanks again! |
