Cost of transmission fluid and filter change?
how much should i be looking at paying for changing the fluid and filter on my 260E? what is a resonable cost? lately ive been doing it myself, but i just dont have any time anymore.

I pay less than $100 for the whole job - fluid, filter, labor...that's in CT too where everything is expensive. The MB dealership I go to gets $86/hour.

Those labor rates always amaze me.
Equally amazing is that I pay a lot less than $86 an hour for maintenance and inspections on my airplane. The A&P/AI mechanic has to sign off on his work for it to be legal which puts responsibility on his shoulders, too, that an auto mechanic does not have.
