Replacing Interior Lights - 1986 300E

Hi!
I have a 1986 300E. The lights for my air vent switches have burnt out as well as the lights on my gear selector panel and my headlight switch. I was wondering how hard it is to replace these lights? I have particular concerns with the difficulty of taking the dash apart...does anyone have any experience with this? Any advice or instruction would be greatly appreciated.
