Replaced door check, now window is stuck
Thanks to the great help on this site, I removed the rear door panel on the 300E without breaking anything and succesfully installed the new door check. But,the window won't come up. Any bright ideas before I go and remove the door panel again?
The fuse is good and the switch is plugged in correctly. The drivers control panel doesn't do any good in opening the window. A side note. The door check isn't supposed to be installed with that plastic cover in place, is it? If you have bought one recently, you would know what I'm talking about. I left it out. Thanks for the help.
