Interior wood w111 coupé

Hello!
I´m new to this forum.
Bought an Mercedes Benz 250 SE Coupé automatic from 1966 a couple of months ago. This years project will be to fix up the inside. The leather is good but not the wood since the sun has done it´s job over a couple of years
But now I will need some good advice about how to take the wood out from it´s place, it´s a little bit tricky to get the one around the bottom of the window and the wooden cap around the speedometer
So please anyone out there who know how to do, the steps or any other tip, please let me know.
