Need Help: Rear Fixed Window W116

I'm trying to replace my right rear fixed window. The procedure says #7. Pull down sealing frame and remove screws 2 and 3. I can't find screw #3 which I think is holding the "window web", the piece between the fixed window and the rear window. Do I have to remove the whole door assembly inside for me to get access to the bottom (#3) screw?
