Wow

I love fixing things when the difference is huge. I finished the rear carrier bushings on my 114 and the difference is obvious just backing it out of the garage! Even before I moved it the ride height was improved. Past experience had me dreading the job, but it was very easy I had everthing changed, torqued, cleaned up and the lights off in just 2 hours. Can't wait to get it out on the open road.

Next up, the front, once I work out the "engine carrying stirrup" they mention in the procedure.

Mark

Some sort of noose holding the weight of the engine from above?

Mark,

I did the front subframe mounts without using the engine support showed in the book. I documented the procedure and it is in the DIY section. Different chasis but the procedure should be similar. Should be some helpful info for you.
