True. The diet I'm on now is not so great from a micronutrient perspective. However, the original intent was to be on it for seven days, and it takes a lot longer than that for diseases of nutritional deficiency to set in.



I looked those up. The founder of the blood type diet thinks I should eat tofu and do yoga. (long pause in typing while I finish laughing) I think Hymen is mixing some good general advice with hocus pocus.
Yeah, steriods tend to skew things.
