It could include your sedan / saloon (was that the terminology you wanted?) but it does not necessarily mean there should be a "vibration eliminator" fitted. Chapter 41-050 is not particularly clear on the subject. I get the impression that the "vibration eliminator" is fitted to manual gearbox drive trains only - and those that only have the complaint flex disc (only at the front).

This chapter does, however, say it can not be replaced (and that the whole front section of the propshaft should be replaced if the vibration eliminator is damaged).

Note the W201 FSM doesn't make the same fuss about the vibration eliminator - it doesn't even mention what you are meant to do if it is damaged. I must add, however, that the W123 FSM is fan-bloody-tastic and the W201 one is a little bit Haynes...
