Talking WVO Biodiesel Almost Exempt in WA

House Bill 3188 has passed both the House 94 to 1 and the Senate 49 to 0 now it just needs to be signed by the Governor and we will be exempt from road use tax and sales tax for personal use only. The bill was placecd on the Governors desk today for her signature. Can I hear a resounding yahoooooooooo! Please if you read this let us know how you feel about this.

I will be pleasantly surprised if that money grubbing witch will sign that bill. She's been everything but tax payer friendly since stealing office.

Does this bill apply to homebrew only or to commercial B100 as well?

I'll say hooray when it gets passed. I used to live in Washington where things get discussed to death. That money will be made up somewhere. $3.59 a gallon here in Phoenix and we pay a share of the highway tax.

Is she still not your Governor? If not, who is? Maybe the guy who didn't get as many votes as she did? I'm sorry, but that election could have gone either way, no different than Bush/Gore in 2000.

She's not and will never be my gov. I would feel better if all those so called "elected" officials, Bush and Cheney included, would take a nice jump into Mt St Helen's.

Well, I moved out of Washington! Being a concientious liberal in Washington is easy! Pass bills that make you look good while you sit there with your thumb up your big fat a$$.

As John Wayne (an ultra-conservative) said about John Kennedy; "I didn't vote for him, but he's my president, and I hope he does a good job."

I believe the same applies to "your Governor" unless you move down to Oregon.
