I would try to swap everything back to stock and make sure it runs, that would let you know for sure that it was a setup problem like air in the lines or maybe a clogged stock fuel filter. That would also let you get to work/school until you have time to mess with it.

I got a larger siphon starter thing that I can fit the fuel line in and suck air out of it. That made it a lot faster and easier to purge the line. I got it at my local hardware store, cost me probably $3.
