Yes...
I currently have a JL box with two 12's, and there is plenty of room. I know that JL makes a great box for 3 12's, and it fits just fine.
Just curious, but why do you want 3 12's? 2 12's (even 2 10's) produce more than enough bass with the right amp. My two 12's can be heard halfway down my block, 3 seems a bit much.

I have 2 12's already, I know its loud enough, but my friend wants to buy my old subs, so if im getting a new system I might as well go all the way. Probably going with three 12" Juggernauts and D300HC amps.

Good God

You'll be bumpin the neighborhood.

Post some pics of that monster when your done.

I have a single IDQ12 powered by 380w and I can feel my chest bounce inside the car. The beauty is, no one outside can hear it unless you are right up on the car. Tons of Dynamat and foam insulation in the trunk.

make it fit

You could MAKE anything fit. Especially in a w126 trunk. Depends on how many cubic feet you're giving each sub. I.E. Sealed/ported/bandpass
