HELP Replacing speakers in 81 300SD

What speaker will fit in the factory hole in the front and rear WITHOUT interfereing with the stock grilles? Maybe like this

What can I do for rear speakers and a decent cheaper HU? Im not in to bongo music but like a nice sounding system but dont need a real expensive one. I mostly listen to jazz and classic rock, plus a little Rush Limbaugh
