Removing white paint scrapes from plastic bumper
The front plastic bumper has some white paint scratches scraped on it and I can't remove them. How can I best remove them? I've tried Armour All black tire cleaner as well as plastic cleaner, and these didnt do anything.

...if these are foreign to your car bumper...
you can try a very light touch w/ wet sanding, or 3M finesse it, or if more stubborn- a light touch with rubbing compound (then building the paint shine/ protection back up with polish and wax) stay away from using an Ajax cleanser and the like -fad |

White scuff marks
Have you tried auto paint thinners on a bit of rag,'cos this should remove the paint. Then clean with soap and water and refinish as per normal. Bear

White Paint ?
If its' foreign white paint from a picket fence or the like you can get a 3M product that you can gently abrade it off with. Go to a NAPA store and buy a White scotchbrite pad this is their softest formula. Use with soapy water as a lube. You can get an even better piece if you go to a tool rental store and buy a similar white scuff pad that is a inch thick and comes in a sheet 10" X 20" for about $2. This type of pad is used to finish hardwood flooring, so you've got to look in the floor sander/finisher section. This stuff is soft enough to scrub wheels and not take of the finish. Any scraps on the bottom moulding along the doors its good for too. If you have any scrapes that are really deposits of some other material, i.e. the other guys bumper or something like that, this pad will take it off without destroying the finish you will have to maybe compound the area to blend anythig out and wax it back up. Just take it slow and easy!

I wonder if that white Scotchbrite pad or white scuff pad would work on getting the oxidation off the anodized aluminum trim around the windows of my W126 300SD. I think something with a bit more "bite" than 3M fine cut rubbing compound just might do it.
