There has been no convincing attempted. This filter is simply a Baldwin in disguise. It could be a better filter, or it could be the same old crap.

We'll see.........

Filter Pro

Filter Products - equipment parts - Donaldson, Baldwin, Des-Case, Wilson, Ingersoll Rand - alternators, air & electrical starters, bag, engine & hydraulic filters, bearings

This is where I just bought my P102s. Around 14.00
Be careful to pick the Baldwin filter.
The have a Donaldson replacement that pops up when
you search for "P102" Might be just as good, but for 2 bucks
more I got the genuine Baldwins. Bought a bunch of filters
for my WVO, as well. Cheapest I found online.

Well from other places, if you order a bunch, it seems like you can get them in the $16-18 range...

How much is a Mann these days?

I pay around $15 locally for Mann. I have seen prices all over the place for online ordering ($10 to $22).

Note the Hastings LF380 is the same filter and on some sites sells for less.

When I ask Baldwin for some information in the past at the bottom of the page it had Baldwin/Hastings a the person the Email came from.

Some info on the Hatings LF380
NAPA Gold Filters

That http://www.zorotools.com/ tool place has the Hastings LF380 Oil filters for $10.28 each. If you purchase over $50 they claim free shipping.
Put the Hastings LF380 into the search box but when the page opens up you have to scroll down.
In My area Granger sells them.

Not sure I understand everything being discussed... so Baldwin = Hastings = NAPA Gold?

Thanks
