I do the same thing every Sunday and sometimes during the week. My work is about a little over a mile away and I usually drive. The temp needle moves up a little to 45C maybe but not much. I usually will go for a nice ride after work and get her up to temp and do a few high rpm runs to blow the crap out. One time I was helping a friend move and made a bunch of very short runs, my 603 hated it. It ran like crap until I warmed it up and blew a load of soot out of the exhuast.

Nothing like an autobahn like run on the highway if you can avoid the fuzz.
