$2 Servo/Aux Pump Bypass Fix !
I had it! Enough! Too darn cold!
So I took out the aux pump, which did not seem to work, and the two lines that it connected to, via the Servo engine side, were both 3/4" (it is the stinkin servo that changes hose size). The two remaining metal lines, running right on top of each other, were connected with a 2' looped piece of 3/4" heater hose ($2), and twisted slightly so it wouldn't collapse. Now, I had full heat to defrost! Then, I reconnected the vacuum lines to the pushbutton unit I had previously disconnected, and I even get the vents (but not the floor vents) to give some heat, and lower blower fan action. I have no idea why those vents work now, but they do. Perhaps something cc related still works.....? Go figure. All I know is now the heats a crankin, and I am smilin I also dont have heat on all the time, I think, but if it is a problem when it gets warmer, a gate valve will stop that. (unless I somehow figure out a different servo, mine leaks) I will explain this better and take pics if another frusterated servo lightweight like me wants it.
