Replacing injector overflow hoses
I have replaced the injector overflow hoses on my 85 300TD with some extra from my VW TDI. The old hoses were starting to weep. I've been running B100 for a few thousand miles.
The old hoses on the MB were stiff and ripped easily compared to the new hoses. I had to use a dental pick to remove the small pieces around the nosals. This job on my VW usually takes 2 minutes. On the MB it took an hour. Is this typical on a MB? JJ |
