Small easy job smoothed out my shifting

For those that haven't seen it:
http://dieselgiant.com/mercedes_diesel_maintenance_tips.htm
check out the transmission tip.
put my new flaps in today. the old ones were way worn out.
real easy job, much nicer shifting!
get the flaps at fastlane. search for vacuum and you'll see them come up at the bottom of the list.

Dude, you had me confused. You called them flaps and that post calls them levers!

What about if you don't have these "lever's" or that type of vacuum switching?
