Has anyone chipped their E300D?

Has anyone Computer chipped their E300D?

I was reading about the options of installing a performance chip in the E300D. Apparently it will add 23 hp. Cost 490. ECM must be sent to the chip company for the modification. Does anyone have experience with it?
