JimH,

Yep, I misplaced the decimal point. I corrected it.

What a great thread. Information accurate and easily understood. I fall on the side of not changing out all the plugs when one fails. Reason is the next time I have a glow pug failure it is too many times the plug I last replaced. It is almost as if the quality/ durability of my replacement is not as good as plugs already in there. No evidence of any operating problems in the affected cylinder and no nozzle spray problems observable. Although I am also aware there might be small operating differences cylinder to cylinder I do not expect it is really the causitive agent. On a really suspicious set would probably do current draw tests and profiles on each individual plug as friends of mine have quoted a large improvement by changing them all on occasion. But that may have been because they have just changed out a couple of bad ones as well. While they may had been operating with one bad plug for a long time before the second failed. Just my thoughts plus why spend 50.00 if 10.00 may be giving you better results. I do not have an abnormal amount of glow plug failures either. I am also curious about if the latest beru plugs might be better than the new borch or do they all come out of the same factory?
