Most of my stupid hits have been men. Stopped at a light and rear ended. Guy backed his car into mine. Another guy backed his car into my red car. Surgeon too.

I have been hit three times in my life....two of them were while I waited at red lights. Those were males....the moving wreck where I was sideswiped was the female that was turned around talking to the girl in the back seat...

I have a 3lb sledge hammer in my trunk. If I see anyone hitting my car their getting more than a ding.

Danny[/QUOTE]
Good idea Danny. I usually give their car door a good swift kick with a packer boot to get even. I do try to park way away from the rest in a parking lot. My question is when I park away from the crowd why does everyone have to park next to me and give me dings then?

you get 'em

Palangi, in order to get justice from Prog. you need to get others involved. File a claim against the parking lot. Be creative. Maybe they have surrveilance cams which they would be happy to show in order to get themselves off. Face it, you can drag anybody in.

Now, you were in the car, so definitely you should have your neck pain checked and emotional status checked.
No lie. heap it on them. She hit you and now denies it?? That is akin to a hit and run. At least in Cakif. if someone dings a car in a parking lot and does not leave a note, they are in big trouble if a witness rats on them.
Be assertive and aggressive, otherwise they will walk all over ya and your car is junk.
p.s. u r car is not junk !

Good Luck.
I was a victim of a pedestrian hit and run. I drove to the police station and filed. The cop attending was not thrilled about paperwork. He insinuated that I should just call it a close call.
I made him do the report.
I then had a doctor make out a physical exam citing my bruises and swollen knuckles.
Took pictures of scene, made timing calculations, got proof of my banking transcaton one minute before the event etc.

I had memorized the license plate of the runnner. (not related to the run a way bride).

Of course, the driver denied it all and accused me of having basically harrassed him while he was trying to drive.
Of course this alone connected him to the event. Anyway, Prog. was his insurance and they paid my bills. I was nice and declined having the guy encarcerated.
I just wanted this driver to be forced to learn to drive and respect the law.

Good luck.

In this day and age you are going to end up getting shot, when someone else armed with more than a boot or a sledge does something else stupid too.
If a little old lady's door slipped and it hit your car, are you going to kick in her door?
If the answer is 'yes', consider yourself the lowest of the low......

I'm not talking about some little old lady. I'm talking about me parking in the remotest part of the parking lot and some fruitcake punk with green hair parking his jap buzz bomb right next to me and giving me parking dings. If this happens to you I hope that you don't take it laying down because I don't. I too plead guilty to being a crab this morning. I have a ****** hangover.

The only times (two occasions) I have actually witnessed somebody hitting my car with their door, it was old people. Usually the punks in their "buzz bombs" have pretty nice (at least to them) paint jobs and don't want a scratch any more than we do.

Old people for sure, because they don't even realize it.

But, $hitbox drivers, with the giant doors are probably worse. They simply don't give a $hit.

This buzz bomb was a rusted out POS. The owner was probably jealous of my Benz. My hangover is better now.
