Parking Brake Cable Clevis
Well, went to change my parking brake cables and when I got the pads off I found what looks like a pressed in pin in the clevis at the end of the cable. How does this thing come out, or do I just drive it out of there? Is there a replacement, or do I put the same one back?
Please don't tell me I gotta order yet another part to get this thing on the road. |

Got it. Punch worked.

Normally they are supposed to fall right out or take very little effort to remove...
Probably just wear and tear ![]() |

Looks like they might do that, but keep in mind that I don't think this thing had been touched in its 210K mile life.
