93 300D 2.5L Filter Question
I saw a small filter beside the battery. Looks like an EGR filter.
One end connects, thru splitters, to a bunch of switch over valves. Where does the other end connect to ? I replaced it. I thought I had unhooked the other end and was searching for a loose vac line. Found none. Is this a air inlet into the EGR system ? Or where does it attach to ? Thanks |

Anyone with a 602 who could look and tell me if their egr back filter is connected to anything.
It is located near the battery. Thanks |

Is it a filter or a check valve?

You're right, it's a filter. The other end does into the cabin and terminates. The line is a vent for the EGR amplifier.
