Torgue specs for differential plug and tranny plugs ?

1985 190D 5-speed

Does anybody know the torque specs for the drain/fill plugs on the differential and manual transmission ?

My brother is a VW tech so he will take it to work to change the fluids into synthetics but I want to give him the specifications so he does it right.

Thanks
