still having transmission vacuum problems

I've been replacing any vac lines that are at all suspect of being a problem
but although it has improved, my tranny is still shifting a bit hard.

I put the car on ramps and checked out the line to the modulator.
Do I need to replace the modulator? Is it hard to get off?
What do they cost?


At least I stopped the A/C from coming out the windshield vents.
