The cold's sent the mice inside the grocery store where I work. I catch at least five a week(somehow its an unspoken thing that this is my job). I was told to use small quantities of whatever food substance was used so they wouldn't be able to get the food off without setting off the trap. I didn't think that was possible but I had several traps robbed. Tried small quantities and it worked.

CAUTION! when exposed to mouse urine or excrement. Have you ever heard of hantavirus? It is an extremely dangerous virus that is found in mouse droppings and can be also airborne. Dangerous as in lethal! There are few cases reported each year, this includes the U.S., but we don't want someone here to be one.

I agree with Sylvester the cat, "I hate meeces to pieces!"

I to work in a small store, I job a hate. If they gave me such a job I would do this:

Get a BB gun, then loudy go about getting rid of the problem. Make sure all the customers know exactly what you are doing.

Old fashioned Victor brand trap and a small piece of american cheese molded onto the trigger plate works best for me.

Mice and rats transmit diseases to poultry, hogs and other animals. They consume and contaminate feed, and their constant gnawing causes extensive structural damage to buildings, including fires. All resulting in financial losses to you.

To compound the problem, rats and mice breed at an alarming rate. Livestock and other farm facilities provide ideal conditions for rodents to breed with abundant supplies of food, water and harborage. A small population of rodents, left unchecked, could explode to thousands in just a few months. "
