No Power at fuse #8 for A/C
On my 84 300D there is no power at the fuse box, etr, or relay. So the CCU, blower and compressor are receiving no power.
Where do I look? I believe there is no klima on this car???

Fuse #8
According to the factory's electrical system wiring diagram for my 1985 300D Turbo (California) -- should be similar to your '84 -- fuse #8 gets its power through a 2.5 mm red/yellow wire from pin "15X" of the "ignition" switch. If you have no power at either terminal of the #8 fuseholder, go back to the switch and locate that pin 15X. When the switch is on "run," that pin should be "hot" and the ACC will work. If you find no power at that pin but everything else works then you have a bad switch. If pin 15X is OK but still nothing at the fuse block then the red/yellow wire is broken somewhere in between.

I jiggled the plug at the back of the ignition and everything went on. Hopefully I engaged it and it is not a recurring problem. Thanks for the help.
