Changed my transmission fluid for the first time

Well, I changed my transmission fluid for the first time. Moved recently so my jack is still in another town in my parent's garage.

Used the drainage dip in the paved drive and parked the pan over it and crawled under.

I used Mobile One synthetic transmission fluid this time. Measured what came out of the pan but only 3 quarts. I did not know how to drain the torque converter. I could not get completely under the car to see it.

I guess I just changed half of the fluid. I guess I can do it again sooner than 30k miles to change the rest out.

Will the fluid in the torque converter mix with the other fluid???

Dumb question. I know. Never done much transmission work. Changing out my injectors was a breeze compared to getting under the car.
