Hi everyone.

I hate doing this but I have no choice.

A few months ago(june 19 to be exact)
a payment was made thru paypal for an
item I bought from JFMAN.(Luma Construction Inc., thats
where the payment went to).
To this day I still have not received said
item.
I have send him a few emails and PM'd him
a few times but no reply.
I understand from a previous post from
him that he is often away from home for
prolonged periods of time.
But this is just rediculous.
I know people have bought other items from
him and don't seem to have had a problem.
I tried to file a dispute thru paypal but they
said that my transaction didn't qualify.

It is only $25 but that is not the point, I
paid for something I didn't get.
I think I have been more that reasonable and
given this person plenty of time.

I guess that I can chalk this up to experience and
a lesson learned.
I am posting this just as a heads up.
Be carefull when dealing with this person.

All you have to do is dispute the charge through your credit card company.They will hold the charge up until you say you have the product or you hve cancelled the order.Same thing happened to me but I went right through the CC company rather than screwing around with Paypal.They did not like it but I was not out the money waiting for them to do something about it.25.00 or 2500,still your money and you did not get what you paid for in good faith.

Hmm I have the exact same problem from a poster on this site. I got email confirmation that the item was returned to him damaged and that I would get a refund of $25 which was sent in advance via paypal. After repeated emails I have not got a refund or a reply.

Maybe it would be a good idea to post the person's screen and real name that stiffs us on parts or refunds, so that others do not fall victim as well. Personally, I have not had any problems, except with Ebay.

in Lawrenceville, GA
