No the 74 is a 114 or 115 body style. This is a 123 chassis body style. Except for the coupe model that has no back door so it does not apply anyways. Alll of the 77-85 240s and 300s even including the gas versions rear passenger doors should be the same.

Looks good to me.
My eyes couldn't see $2K worth of damage in the pics. If it was me, I would keep the $2k, get a can of touch up paint, and keep on driving.

yea this post is from OCtober of 06, i just added the pictures because people were asking for them, i basically pulled most of the dents out via a DIng king, but have a couple dings/dents left to go. and i wanted ur guys opinion to see whether i should invest in a new door and paint ing it and matching the paint, or if the dent really isnt that bad? and i should just fix the paint a little...
