I have replaced w/ little problem. I probably lubed the rubber first w/ the silicone fluid I use. You could use silicone spray, even if you use glycol fluid since no problem mixing them (unlike all the false rumors). If you spill any brake fluid, clean it up well or it will lift the paint (unless using silicone). Next time, better to start a new thread than add to a very old one.
