It's working well for me. A great "in a minute honey, I'm working on the car" project. Also fits my requirments of simple, cheap, no special tools, fast, and effective.

1. Cheapest "hanger" type cup holder at auto zoo.
2. Take off the "hanger". Slide it down toward the bottom of the holder and squeeze it through.
3. Make some holes.
4. Locate your seat adjustment handle.
5. Wire tie that baby on there. Make sure you are high enough to not drag the carpet when moving the seat. My seat never really gets moved anyway.
6. All done......his and her's!
