I bet the owner was 90, had some money as well, look at the houses.
I have seen some lesser cars that were like this. Actualy my dads friends 90 something year old grandmother has an early 90's Buick with 3k miles on it. The thing just sits in here garage, looks like new. Not the best for the engine, but its really good for the body. Which is good because the engine is much cheaper to fix. It would take all of $10k-$15k to get a decent driver into that kind of cosmetic condition, but still it wouldn't be original. The driveline is cheap, so what if the seals are shot. Send the trans out for a re seal, $1000 your done, yank the head and do the same $1000(maybe). All the suspension bushings are probably fine, and maybe the shocks would start to leak if you drove it. But so what shocks are cheap, throw a new OE set on. Cheap stuff.
