Cant find it in the tool rental. 123 589 01 35 00. Whos got one I can borrow?

You can use a threaded rod and some wahsers and bolts to accomplish this.

By LCA bearing press, do you mean the one that expands and flares the straight end of the aluminum center tube? I found an old craftsman 1/2 inch extension - the end of which had the EXACT flare characterstics of the tool. Pass it down the center sleeve, clamp in a vice, and the tube is flared. Total investment was $6 at a flea market.

Don't know about the 123 but on the 116 I also had to use a hose clamp to compress the bushing while it went in for the first few mm's before I could press it all the way in...Harbor Freight mega socket kit (1" metric I think) was also useful...again that's 116 which is definitely different from 123 and 126, but it is an MB at the end of the day.
